In September 2004, Bell Sports merged with Riddell Sports to form Riddell Bell and in February 2006, Riddell Bell merged with Easton Sports to form Easton-Bell Sports, the preeminent branded sports company dedicated to enhancing athletic performance and protection with innovative equipment. Bell Sports is the leading designer and marketer of helmets and accessories for bicycling, action sports, snow sports, and power sports (including motorcycling, off-roading and snowmobiling). Products are predominantly sold under the Bell and Giro brand names into the mass, sporting goods and specialty retail channels in the U.S. and in Europe. Bell and Giro helmets are worn by seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, BMX champion Dave Mirra, freestyle skier Tanner Hall and motor cross champion Jeremy McGrath.

Riddell Sports is the leading designer, marketer and reconditioner of football helmets and equipment as well as helmets and equipment used in baseball, lacrosse, and other team sports. Riddell is the official helmet of the National Football League and widely worn by Division I NCAA football players. Products are sold under the Riddell and MacGregor brand names to a diversified customer base including high schools, colleges, youth leagues and professional teams.
